We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Signify Health team to help realize the product vision to help move care homeward for all. The role involves developing a deep understanding of our position in the healthcare ecosystem, our product vision, and market differentiation, collaborating with cross-functional teams including clinicians, analysts, operational teams, client success, and support staff to ensure product growth and success. The role will focus on care coordination starting in the member's home, leveraging clinical data and aiming towards an AI-enabled future state workflow. Reporting to the Lead Director, Program Integrity and Optimization, this role supports the company's mission to build a healthier place for us all to live and age in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate complex concepts, both written and verbally, to influence peers and stakeholders to make decisions or adjust approach related to the clinical workflow used by the Signify Provider Network.
  • Proactively identify user or business needs and recommend innovative solutions, driving tradeoff conversations and negotiating with teams and stakeholders to achieve roadmap objectives.
  • Identify and translate business objectives and user feedback into requirements and lead the team through execution focused on Medicaid, virtual visits, and member experience.
  • Develop a clear vision and short-term and long-term roadmap with value definitions and measurable output; communicate this roadmap with customers and across the organization.
  • Interact with users to understand their workflows, lead user research sessions to gather feedback, and aggregate the output into user problems.
  • Deliver incremental user value by having a cross-functional view of the problem and driving difficult tradeoff decisions.
  • Understand high-level strategic levers and drivers of the business, develop and measure KPIs for the product to define, track, and communicate value delivery at all levels in the organization.
  • Understand the healthcare industry, key trends, and current news and movement in the market.

Requirements

  • Innate curiosity, with a passion to share knowledge and challenge the status quo to uncover creative solutions.
  • Strong data and AI acumen.
  • Skills to build a case around data and use it to explain the degree of a problem and to make strategic product decisions.
  • Ability to lead data gathering efforts when data isn't readily available.
  • Acute focus on the user and ability to express their perspective and needs.
  • Coordinate dependencies, communicate timelines, and manage stakeholder expectations across departments and product lines.
  • Ability to articulate the organizational or market value delivered in recent releases and tell the story of current backlog or roadmap using data, KPIs, or expected financial results.
  • Passion for transforming the US healthcare system and understanding its complexity.
  • 7 years of professional experience including 5 years of product experience.
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, key trends, and current news.

Nice to Have

  • A background in clinical informatics and/or clinical data architecture.
  • Knowledge of Value Based Care, Medicare Advantage, Quality & Clinical Programs, Risk Adjustment, EHR technology.
