As a Sr. Product Manager for Acrobat Mobile, you will lead efforts to scale the user base, increase engagement, and drive revenue by identifying new monetization opportunities while collaborating with engineering, marketing, design, and data analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a part of the core product team for Document Cloud and help define the product vision.
  • Work with engineering, finance, data analytics, data science, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive success for the business.
  • Research customer and market needs, conduct competitive analysis.
  • Implement complex growth strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Deliver real-time personalized, contextual, intelligent experiences through the engagement platform.
  • Advocate for a customer-first approach, ensuring new features and monetization strategies improve the user experience.

Requirements

  • Consistent record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering and MBA from a reputable Business school or equivalent experience.
  • Overall 8-12 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of post-MBA experience in a business role.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to build positive relationships across a highly matrixed organization.
  • Ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong communication and social skills; ability to work across teams with geographically remote team members.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt.
  • Experience in agile software development practices is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • MBA from a reputable Business school or equivalent experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually.
  • Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Potential for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
