Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategies for deep learning compilers and GPU kernel ecosystems.
  • Lead the development and roadmap of tools such as CUTLASS, OpenAI Triton, cuDNN, and next-gen inference kernel libraries.
  • Drive adoption of kernel authoring technologies in frameworks like PyTorch and JAX.
  • Collaborate with engineering, research, and architecture teams to deliver scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure.
  • Launch and evangelize technical libraries (e.g., cuFFT, cuSOLVERMp) that solve customer pain points and accelerate AI/HPC workloads.
  • Manage cross-team initiatives that align with product marketing, customer success, and academia to ensure ecosystem growth.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  • Guide open-source strategy and external developer engagement through blogs, training, and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven years in product management, technical leadership, or engineering roles in AI, ML, or HPC domains.
  • Deep familiarity with CUDA, GPU architectures, and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, and TensorFlow.
  • Experience with compiler infrastructure, kernel optimization, and runtime orchestration for AI workloads.
  • Strong track record of delivering scalable and performant developer tools or libraries.
  • Successful collaboration across multidisciplinary teams including engineering, research, marketing, and external partners.
  • Experience with open-source engagement and developer ecosystem growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating technical topics for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
