Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategies for deep learning compilers and GPU kernel ecosystems.
Lead the development and roadmap of tools such as CUTLASS, OpenAI Triton, cuDNN, and next-gen inference kernel libraries.
Drive adoption of kernel authoring technologies in frameworks like PyTorch and JAX.
Collaborate with engineering, research, and architecture teams to deliver scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure.
Launch and evangelize technical libraries (e.g., cuFFT, cuSOLVERMp) that solve customer pain points and accelerate AI/HPC workloads.
Manage cross-team initiatives that align with product marketing, customer success, and academia to ensure ecosystem growth.
Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Guide open-source strategy and external developer engagement through blogs, training, and thought leadership.

Requirements

Proven years in product management, technical leadership, or engineering roles in AI, ML, or HPC domains.
Deep familiarity with CUDA, GPU architectures, and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, and TensorFlow.
Experience with compiler infrastructure, kernel optimization, and runtime orchestration for AI workloads.
Strong track record of delivering scalable and performant developer tools or libraries.
Successful collaboration across multidisciplinary teams including engineering, research, marketing, and external partners.
Experience with open-source engagement and developer ecosystem growth.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating technical topics for diverse audiences.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
