Sr. Product Manager, Mobile

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the mobile acquisition journey: account creation, onboarding and simulation experiences, initial product discovery, new feature discovery, conversion and retention.
• Define and execute the roadmap for acquisition-related features and experiences across iOS and Android platforms, supporting both current and upcoming app offerings.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to track success metrics such as app download-to-activation rates, onboarding completion, and early engagement milestones.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA, other legal and Regulatory requirements.
• Define customer journeys, onboarding strategies, and feature education across consumer-facing mobile apps, ideally including medical class (regulated) apps.
• Use product development tools such as Jira, Jama, Confluence, and roadmap management tools to drive clarity and momentum across cross-functional teams.
• Produce clear, effective documentation, user stories, and presentations for audiences ranging from engineers to clinical, executive, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UX, design, research, content strategy, engineering, regulatory, and clinical teams to ship elegant and effective solutions.
• Apply deep empathy for users navigating chronic health conditions or complex systems.
• Communicate effectively and work strategically and tactically as a natural collaborator.
• Proactively seek ways to reduce barriers, validate hypotheses, and accelerate user success with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• 7 plus years' product management experience in consumer mobile applications.
• Demonstrated success in leading mobile onboarding, sign-up, or acquisition strategies from concept through launch and iteration.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted onboarding or digital coaching tools is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in health tech, medical devices, or tools designed for patients and caregivers.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, FDA Class III requirements, or international medical compliance.
