About the Role

Join our People Management Technology team at T-Mobile as a Sr Product Manager, Technical, focusing on delivering excellent internal employee experiences through innovative technology solutions. This role involves managing products that support HR, workforce management, and employee engagement for frontline and corporate staff, utilizing AI-driven and SaaS applications to meet organizational needs. The position requires a visionary leader with a blend of strategic, analytical, technical, and customer-focused skills to drive growth and improve employee support systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns product end to end for complex or cross-platform solutions, including crafting, managing, maintaining, and presenting product vision and strategy.
  • Designs and drives end user product research.
  • Partners with business, internal/external stakeholders, and leadership to understand current customer experience and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Conducts analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities or root causes of issues.
  • Uses rapid hypothesis-driven testing methodologies to guide investment priorities.
  • Works with stakeholders to secure and maintain product funding.
  • Communicates, influences, and presents ideas at VP level and below, including delivering product presentations.
  • Translates product strategy into detailed features and user stories for development teams, including prototypes if needed.
  • Collaborates with Agile teams to design, architect, and assemble delivery teams, and participates in Agile ceremonies.
  • Owns and manages product backlog for multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment and prioritization based on impact.
  • Generates dashboards and reports to monitor product health and success metrics.
  • Conducts Product Quarterly Business Reviews and Steering meetings.
  • Supports sales, marketing, and partner teams with product knowledge and documentation.
  • Ensures product quality and performance in production, manages response to critical defects, and communicates with stakeholders.
  • Builds relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners, and develops training and enablement tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical writing, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large-scale environments.
  • 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software environment.
  • Strong experience in building internal employee experiences, with preferred understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets).
  • Familiarity with component development, templates, workflows, and integrations, especially AEM.
  • Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems, especially Adobe.
  • Experience with Data & Analytics, preferably Adobe Analytics, to drive decisions.
  • Proven success in delivering software using Agile Scrum methodologies and tools.
  • Strong requirements elicitation and technical writing skills.
  • Experience with Agile backlog and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.

  • At least 18 years of age.
