The Sr. Program Manager will be part of a highly capable team developing novel Low Earth Orbit (LEO) space vehicles featuring communication and sensing payloads in the RSM business area, operating as a startup within Government Systems to tackle multiple challenges and operate effectively through ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

Managing cost and schedule performance on complex development programs.
Embracing continuous improvement and leading proposal opportunities.
Leading emerging special programs.
Developing customer relationships and guiding engineering teams through complex developments.
Ensuring customer requirements are satisfied within cost, schedule, and quality constraints.
Effectively guiding product development teams through complex development issues.

Requirements

12+ years of professional experience in Program Management or Program Direction.
Relevant experience with program planning, monitoring and control, financial accounting, contracts, risk management, and earned value.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in an engineering, science, or technical discipline.
US citizenship and ability to obtain a Top Secret SCI Clearance.
Up to 25% domestic travel.

Nice to Have

Security clearance with SSBI/SCI highly preferred.
Experience managing spacecraft development programs.
Experience with payload and/or electronics development for LEO applications.
Experience managing complex ground software development.
Master's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
Ability to perform first-order systems level analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering, science, or technical discipline.

Salary range $135,500.00 - $213,500.00 annually, with specific ranges for certain locations.
