Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively organize and lead cross-functional project teams using project management skills.
  • Manage a diverse scope of projects with limited supervision, including enhancing product features, expanding into new markets, addressing quality issues, meeting regulatory standards, or reducing costs.
  • Lead one large or multiple small to medium projects that impact company performance.
  • Direct activities of internal and external team members to meet project objectives.
  • Implement design changes into production for current products.
  • Provide consultation support for other engineering projects.
  • Plan, coordinate, and complete projects, coach team members, solve problems, and make decisions with limited direction.
  • Communicate project status effectively up and down the organization.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of applied project management experience managing projects of various sizes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or above.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, R&D, QA, Regulatory, Sourcing, and Operations.
  • Well-versed in Medical Device Design Controls.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proven attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Technical/Engineering or Business Degree.
  • Applied experience with Microsoft Project and other Office Suite applications.
  • Prior SAP experience, including creation of DIRs, BOMs, Routers, and writing Engineering Changes.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
