About the Role

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for driving project success through proactive safety initiatives, team empowerment, quality assurance, effective scheduling, cost control, and risk management. This role involves leading high-performance teams, implementing innovative solutions, fostering a strong safety culture, and maintaining a focus on continuous improvement. The position is based in San Francisco, with a hybrid schedule, and is with Actalent, a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead high-performance teams to achieve project goals.
Implement proactive safety initiatives and foster a strong safety culture.
Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Effectively manage scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
Continuously improve processes and implement innovative solutions.
Prioritize client satisfaction and deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in construction project management including ground-up healthcare construction.
10+ years of experience managing projects for a general contractor.
Experience with OSHPD/HCAI projects strongly preferred.
Broad understanding of successful project delivery including financial data, production planning, and lean process improvement techniques.
Experience in medical, ground-up, and general contractor projects.

Educational background in engineering, construction management, or related field.
