About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee contract reviews and manage the scope of work for various projects. The role involves cultivating and selecting subcontractors for each project, organizing and conducting meetings internally and externally, including foreman meetings and discussions with municipalities. The manager will enforce policies at the job site and mentor and direct assistant project managers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management.
10+ years of project management experience, particularly with projects over $5 million.
Proficiency in Procore.
Experience in document control, design, and estimation.

Nice to Have

Experience in joint venture billing.
Project experience over $15 million.

Qualifications

Experience in project management with projects over $5 million.
Proficiency in Procore.
Experience in document control, design, and estimation.
