Key Responsibilities

  • Lead skilled teams in end-to-end project delivery for high-visibility initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Traverse between classic waterfall, agile and hybrid project management depending on the requirements of the initiative.
  • Prepare project documentation i.e. charters, timelines, RAID logs, status reports and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Prepare and communicate project status at various levels from team to executive steering.
  • Lead project meetings/agile ceremonies.
  • Track project metrics.
  • Prepare and participate in weekly and quarterly cross team project intake and commitment ceremonies.
  • Mentor less senior team members.
  • Active participation in PMO continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Highly skilled at leading group discussions, with excellent coordination skills and focus on follow-through.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Able to mentor less senior team members and coach scrum teams on project management activities and agile practices.
  • Able to contribute to a collaborative culture and positive work environment.
  • 5-10 years of project management experience, including 3+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role.
  • Experience with project management and agile planning tools.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Nice to Have

  • Epic Application experience desired.
  • Project Management Institute PMP Certification (PMP) desired or 10 years of project management experience in lieu of certification.
  • Scrum Master Certification (SCM) desired or 3+ years equivalent experience in scrum master role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • PMP Certification or 10 years of project management experience in lieu of certification (desired).
  • Scrum Master Certification or 3+ years in a scrum master role (desired).
