AT&T is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join the Consumer Technology Experience (CTX) business unit, passionate about the eCommerce industry, with analytical and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role involves defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Manage complex or high-priority technical products from conception to launch.
  • Lead and influence strategic decisions related to the product.
  • Work with UX, QA teams, and product releases, including VOC analysis and insights.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new digital opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, inspiring and guiding them toward product success.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to inform product features.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in product management, especially in digital e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience in a senior or leadership role, leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, system architecture, and software development processes.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS, and payment gateways.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage data analytics and BI tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the e-commerce space.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and communicate product vision and strategy, prioritize features, and manage product roadmaps.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and customer acquisition channels.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and navigate ambiguity.

Nice to Have

  • Product Management certifications like CSPO, PMC-VI or equivalent.
  • Advanced degree such as MBA or master's in technology management.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and payment gateways.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to digital commerce.
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies and customer acquisition channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Product Management certifications like CSPO, PMC-VI or equivalent preferred.
