The CX Analytics Engineering team bridges data engineering, data science, and business analytics by building scalable, impactful data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain foundational data models that serve as the single source of truth for analytics across the organization.
Translate business requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, and tools to empower stakeholders.
Partner with engineering, data science, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on data solutions.
Build frameworks, tools, and workflows that maximize efficiency for data users while maintaining high data quality and performance.
Use modern development and analytics tools to deliver value quickly and ensure long-term maintainability.
Understand data flows from creation, ingestion, transformation, and delivery, and communicate with engineering teams to fix data gaps.
Generate business value by building data models, combining data sources, and developing solutions to improve business metrics.
Develop new abstractions (e.g., UDFs, Python packages, dashboards) to support scalable data workflows and internal data apps.

Requirements

Familiarity with data elements and processes supporting Customer Support initiatives, including handling sensitive PII.
Strong understanding of best practices for designing modular and reusable data models (e.g., star schemas, snowflake schemas).
Expertise in prompt engineering and design for LLMs (e.g., GPT).
Proficiency in advanced SQL techniques for data transformation, querying, and optimization.
Intermediate to advanced Python skills, including scripting, automation, and building scalable frameworks.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and manage projects effectively.
Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like dbt, Airflow, or similar.
Proficiency in building dashboards with tools like Looker, Tableau, Superset, or Python visualization libraries.
Familiarity with version control (GitHub), CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
Knowledge of modern data lake/warehouse architectures (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
Ability to understand and address business challenges through analytics engineering.
Familiarity with statistics and probability.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in data engineering, data science, or analytics roles.

Target annual salary range: $207,000 — $244,100 USD.
