The Data & Insights Team empowers data-driven decision making by delivering trusted analytics, insights, and tools to various business units, partnering closely with teams such as Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert on Customer Identity Cloud data models, metrics, and customer value.
Drive measurement strategy for product usage across Workforce and Customer Identity Clouds.
Define requirements for the semantic layer to support advanced analytics and dashboarding.
Lead analytics initiatives focused on growth, retention, and predictive modeling (e.g., cross-sell, risk signals).
Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify trends, and uncover insights.
Collaborate with engineering to define, test, and improve data pipelines, sources, and transformations.
Build and QA reports, dashboards, and prototypes while supporting ad hoc analysis and issue resolution.
Champion best practices in data modeling, storytelling, and process improvement across analytics workflows.

Requirements

7+ years experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or BI Developer.
Advanced SQL experience.
Experience with building reports and visualizations in Tableau or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Experience with ETL processes, software development, and lifecycle awareness using Python, Java, and Snowflake.
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
BS in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
The ability to access federal environments and/or have access to protected federal data, with documentation establishing U.S. Person status.

Nice to Have

Experience with analytics, data science, AI/ML techniques.
