The Data & Insights Team empowers data-driven decision making by delivering trusted analytics, insights, and tools to various business units, partnering closely with teams such as Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Customer Identity Cloud data models, metrics, and customer value.
  • Drive measurement strategy for product usage across Workforce and Customer Identity Clouds.
  • Define requirements for the semantic layer to support advanced analytics and dashboarding.
  • Lead analytics initiatives focused on growth, retention, and predictive modeling (e.g., cross-sell, risk signals).
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify trends, and uncover insights.
  • Collaborate with engineering to define, test, and improve data pipelines, sources, and transformations.
  • Build and QA reports, dashboards, and prototypes while supporting ad hoc analysis and issue resolution.
  • Champion best practices in data modeling, storytelling, and process improvement across analytics workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or BI Developer.
  • Advanced SQL experience.
  • Experience with building reports and visualizations in Tableau or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with ETL processes, software development, and lifecycle awareness using Python, Java, and Snowflake.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • BS in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • The ability to access federal environments and/or have access to protected federal data, with documentation establishing U.S. Person status.

  • Experience with analytics, data science, AI/ML techniques.
