Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines to process and analyze large-scale security data
Develop and implement AI and machine learning models to enhance our threat intelligence capabilities and automate security operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for leveraging data and AI to solve complex problems
Design and build autonomous AI agentic solutions, with hands-on experience in LLM architecture, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing the direction of our data strategy
Think outside the box to create innovative solutions, demonstrating a high degree of creativity and curiosity

Requirements

Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or software development, with a strong emphasis on building data-centric applications
B.S or M.S from a leading institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning
Proven experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, driving large-scale transformation projects is highly desirable
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders
Must be local to SF Bay area

Nice to Have

Experience with LLM architecture, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Benefits & Perks

Compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location, with a starting base salary between $124,000 - $201,500
Potential inclusion of restricted stock units and a bonus
