Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Walmart's Commerce Platform, a key feature to enable future success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, data science, and business leaders—to deliver impactful solutions.
Solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment, balancing customer needs and business goals.
Establish and track success metrics to guide product decisions and measure outcomes.
Lead with a customer-first mindset, ensuring a seamless and intuitive search experience.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in eCommerce, marketplaces, or large-scale consumer platforms.
Strong technical acumen with comfort in analytics, statistics, and machine learning concepts.
Proven ability to influence across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience using data to drive decisions, iterate on products, and align with strategic goals.
Background in consulting, MBA, or technical degree preferred for strategic and analytical depth.

Nice to Have

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area.
6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
Knowledge in creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
Experience with assistive technologies and integrating digital accessibility to support an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management.
Option 2: 9 years' experience in product management or related area.
