About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the Talent Procurement process for public relations, advertising, digital and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Participate in internal casting sessions and brainstorming sessions for digital influencers, healthcare providers, patients, and celebrities.
• Conduct outreach to influencers and their representation (agents, managers, publicists, etc.).
• Manage talent vetting process and facilitate background checks via third-party service providers.
• Develop client-facing materials, including casting sheets, scopes of work, budget trackers, formal offers, and long-form agreements.
• Participate in the negotiation of formal offers and long-form agreements on behalf of brand and agency clients.
• Manage content creators by hosting briefing calls, managing content capture on site, facilitating client approvals, and ensuring content goes live.
• Coordinate campaign logistics and manage campaign execution.
• Facilitate talent approvals of campaign materials and track all approvals.
• Maintain a contract tracker for each campaign and create campaign recap documents as needed.
• Monitor and analyze performance insights to optimize campaigns and prepare regular reports on success metrics.
• Support the development of post-campaign case studies.
• Manage the influencer database, tracking all partnerships (past, present, future).
• Monitor news, social media, blogs, and broadcast channels to identify opportunities for clients.
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients and internal teams.
• Attend client meetings, participate in new business pitches, and deliver presentations.
• Coordinate conference calls between teams, clients, and agents.
• Participate in data entry, evaluation, and database management using agency tools.
• Assist in the overall growth of the agency through new business and networking efforts.

Requirements

• Passion and curiosity for pop culture and entertainment, as well as interest in the pharmaceutical space including women's health, aesthetics, oncology, etc.
• Digital and social media savvy.
• Creative, flexible, and self-motivated attitude.
• 2-4 years of experience interacting with brands, agencies, influencers, celebrities, agents, managers, and publicists.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Agency or talent desk experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience with agency or talent desk operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience of 2-4 years in brand, agency, or influencer interactions.
• Passion for pop culture and the pharmaceutical industry.
