About the Role

This role for Rentokil is to retain and grow their assigned account portfolio through selling unserviced sites and through the introduction of products, services, and solutions to meet customer business objectives. The individual will manage a $3M+ portfolio with a growth goal of $500k+ annually, focusing on maximizing services across the customer's footprint by working closely with branch structures and customers. The company is a global leader in Pest Control and related services, committed to protecting people, enhancing lives, and preserving the planet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow customer relationships and target sales opportunities by leveraging LAMP concepts to improve outcomes.
  • Develop and implement customized business plans to identify growth opportunities and harvest business through strategic planning.
  • Focus on profitability by using tools to measure profit and developing targeted strategies to make deals more profitable through renewal negotiations and customer discussions.
  • Retain existing customer base by negotiating proactive renewals and extensions of agreements.
  • Maintain relationship wellness through ongoing risk assessments and customer satisfaction measurements, developing action plans to address customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2-3 years of large account management, sales, or operations experience.
  • Ability to leverage existing data and business intelligence to develop targeted growth plans.
  • Experience in conducting business reviews and strategic discussions with customers.
  • Proficiency in documenting contract details, contacts, risk assessments, and sales opportunities in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Use of Miller Heiman (LAMP) methodologies to assess and develop plans for customer relationship growth.
  • Utilization of profitability measurement tools to assess and develop strategies for renewal and profitability improvement.
  • Ability to measure relationship wellness and develop action plans to mitigate risks.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Miller Heiman (LAMP) methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of profitability measurement and risk assessment tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in large account management, sales, or operations.
