The YouTube Youth Business organization is focused on expanding and supporting high quality content for children and teens on YouTube and YouTube Kids. As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you will provide strategic guidance on partner business plans, drive product adoption, negotiate agreements and secure content for coverage. You will build a network of partners to engage in programs, surface unique cross-Google activations and represent YouTube at events. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve partners issues and educate partners on policies and best practices. You will engage creators for pilots and beta testing and develop pitch resources.
