About the Role

The Global Partnerships (GP) Sellside Americas team is a partner-focused organization that provides great service, creates innovative solutions, and values an open and collaborative culture. The team partners with publishers and app developers to grow their businesses using Google's advertising and monetization products, such as AdSense and Google Ad Manager. The role involves working closely with strategic commerce partners in North America, developing relationships with executive partners, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for the adoption of Google's advertising and technical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop cross-product area strategic partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet broader Google goals across changing industries.
  • Ideate and drive negotiations with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners and build consensus with internal and external executives.
  • Serve as the relationship manager for existing agreements, helping to realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
  • Engage with internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences across markets and functional areas.
  • Manage strategic partners at all levels across the organization with a focus on driving ad business and partner satisfaction while managing and maximizing for business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in industries such as Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with online advertising or ad monetization solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Ad Exchange, AdSense, AdMob).
  • Experience managing end-to-end partnerships.
  • Experience working separately in a dynamic, changing, and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • US base salary range of $106,000-$153,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
