Strategic Project Associate Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support monthly SteerCo meetings, including scheduling, briefing of members, and preparation of charts and materials.
• Support preparations for key cross-functional project meetings, including briefing participants and managing content development under the guidance of the Project Lead.
• Schedule and manage regular workstream calls, ensuring timely updates to milestone planning and overall alignment.
• Act as the go-to contact for workstreams, supporting daily ad hoc requests and ensuring smooth operational flow.
• Support periodic Townhall meetings by coordinating with the Project Lead and relevant teams on content creation, logistics, and execution.
• Take ownership of small, ad hoc projects as needed (e.g., data collection, defining concepts, tracking deliverables).
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring consistency and accuracy across presentations and project documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination or communications support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communicator, capable of working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-starter with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
