As part of the talented Finance team, the Strategy Analyst will support the evaluation, planning, and execution of business strategies that drive organizational growth, applying analytical rigor and structured problem solving to deliver insights, build strategic narratives, and collaborate on division-wide initiatives including M&A activities. This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative learning environment for individuals early in their career who are passionate about shaping future growth.

Key Responsibilities

Shape the direction of our organization by analyzing market trends, evaluating business performance, and providing strategic recommendations to management.
Analyze competitive research and trends to guide category strategy and programs supporting product and program innovation.
Gather and interpret data from various sources, assist with the identification of opportunities for growth or improvement, and support the development of long-term business strategies.
Build relationships and collaborate across the enterprise to support the development of strategic plans for functions or business units.
Provide market and target research in support of business development initiatives along with supporting any required due diligence data gathering for M&A transactions.
Support the development of presentations and materials that effectively communicate strategic plans and other materials which are presented to senior leadership or the Board of Directors.

Requirements

6+ years overall experience in business, product management, product marketing, analytics or similar.
2+ years of experience in creating business and financial models.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in a dynamic, consumer-driven business, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex models and concepts succinctly.
Proven ability to make decisions based on data, facts, and logic, and to collect relevant data to support decision making.
Organizational skills necessary to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced proficiency with all Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc).

MBA preferred.
