About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to collect and consolidate information for analysis, create accurate and insightful conclusions, and present this to colleagues and clients.
• Analyze and document business requirements, considering the client's business strategy and objectives, as well as technical, organizational, and operational context.
• Assist in planning and executing client workshops and interview sessions to capture business requirements for marketing automation and personalization solutions.
• Present research findings, best practices, and inspirational cases to clients and colleagues within the company.
• Utilize AI as an essential part of the toolkit to support data analysis and solution development.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a master's degree or within the last year of a bachelor's degree.
• Good English language communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Some hands-on experience with data (not necessarily professional).
• A basic understanding of marketing processes.
• Time availability to work 15-20 hours a week.
• An outgoing and likeable personality that is proactive, independent, responsible, helpful, and team-oriented.
• Deep interest in data, curiosity, and fast learning ability.
• Structured and analytical thinking, with creativity in problem solving and adaptability to changing project contexts.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data analysis or data-related tools.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and customer experience strategies.
