The Customer Engagement team in US Marketing focuses on nurturing profitable customer relationships by leveraging data, technology, and innovation to create seamless and engaging experiences for both customers and crew members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect marketing strategies with technology to execute system initiatives that innovate and enhance the customer experience at restaurants.
  • Apply a customer-centric mindset to deploy solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives, such as voice AI ordering and reimagining menu boards and ordering experiences.
  • Lead test & learn strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Global, US Technology, Customer Insights, and US Marketing to drive innovation and optimize business outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of large-scale global restaurant platform initiatives in the U.S. under the Customer Experience - Serve vision, ensuring key deliverables and KPIs are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Some technology background and/or understanding of content management systems preferred.
  • Some project management experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

  • Salary range: $87,050 - $108,810, with consideration of experience and other factors.
