TBD Senior or Lead Content Management, Strategy, and Operations

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a scalable taxonomy across content types and systems, analyze current content structures, and recommend tagging improvements to enhance reuse and enable personalization.
• Manage, audit, and publish content in Adobe Experience Manager, build and maintain content components, templates, and tagging configurations, and support content governance documentation and training resources.
• Manage digital assets, ensuring proper storage, tagging, accessibility, and utilization, and create and enforce asset lifecycle workflows in coordination with creative and legal teams.
• Identify opportunities to break down content into modular components, collaborate with UX and product teams to define the right granularity for fragments to support dynamic experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across fund, product, sales, and marketing to translate business requirements into functional content solutions, document workflows, operational impacts, and content/data fragment mapping, and partner with data analysis and software development to build automated solutions where possible.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in content strategy, content operations, or digital content management, with a preference for asset management industry experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, including content and asset tagging, templates, content fragments, and workflows.
• Deep understanding of taxonomy, content modeling, and structured content principles, with familiarity with JSON, XML, or content APIs a plus.
• Experience working in matrixed and complex content ecosystems.
• Excellent organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality and accuracy.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Seismic, Jira, Confluence, Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in content strategy, content operations, or digital content management
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, and/or Headless CMS components)
