Teamcenter - Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage schedule, resource, and risk of PLM projects.
• Own the coordination and communication of project status with the program team.
• Work on onsite, nearshore, or offshore working models.
• Manage stakeholder activities related to all project management tasks including integrated planning, status updates, timelines, deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Institute and execute agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprints, scrums, ceremonies, and retrospectives with the execution and delivery teams.
• Manage technical aspects related to Teamcenter to support the project plan.
• Manage the RAID log, including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead release management activities with technology teams, including pre-go-live, go-live, and post-go-live checklists.
• Engage stakeholders in release readiness activities.
• Ensure handover to support and operations teams during hyper-care and stability phases.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience managing PLM end-to-end implementation and transformation programs.
• Experience defining detailed project plans for design development, data migration, integration, and go-live activities.
• Experience managing project schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working in onsite, nearshore, or offshore models.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, sprints, and ceremonies.
• Technical understanding of Teamcenter to manage project plans.
• Experience managing RAID logs, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Certifications in Teamcenter and PLM are advantageous.
