About the Role

The Technical Design 2 role at SSi People involves collaborating with integrated product teams to deliver technical solutions across various disciplines. The position supports system development, design reviews, and ensures compliance with configuration management requirements. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to deliver technical solutions across various disciplines.
Participate in Preliminary and Critical Design Review meetings.
Coordinate closely with design, manufacturing, and fabrication teams.
Manage drafting requirements and update drawings to align with business objectives.
Support the development and modification of systems, components, and installation designs.
Review and ensure compliance with Configuration Management Requirements before releasing lab test drawings.

Requirements

Over 1 year of experience with engineering and design software like CAD/3D packages (CATIA, SolidWorks, CREO, etc.).
More than 2 years of experience in conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design, including 2D and 3D deliverables.
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-starter with a strong desire to contribute to team success.
Associate's degree in a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to Have

Experience in Test and Evaluation Engineering is a plus.
