Key Responsibilities

  • Aligns the strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape outcome-based product roadmap, product risk, investment areas and success measures.
  • Integrate technical product outcomes to aligned Enterprise and Portfolio objectives.
  • Drives product development with ownership of backlog and actively engages cross-functional stakeholders to enable faster speed to market.
  • Manages across Enterprise users to define and deliver product performance goals (e.g., outcomes, customer experience, etc.).
  • Owns all engagement for assigned technical portfolio regarding the SDLC, e.g., adoption, collaboration.
  • Develops, analyses, monitors, and reports on performance metrics from internal and external sources to identify key trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Uses performance metrics to drive towards progress on identified strategies and initiatives.
  • Leverages OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to drive roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • Technical product management experience.
  • Understanding of the product technical architecture and the economics of technical investments.
  • Ability to create and analyze personas, story maps, and product charters.
  • Strong collaboration skills with software engineers to execute product vision and roadmap.
  • Proficiency in product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, and agile ways of working.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and Self-Service tools.

Nice to Have

  • Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance.
  • Technical know-how understanding the product technical architecture and technical investments.
  • Deep understanding of target customer through research (e.g., creation of personas, story maps).
  • Experience in enterprise technical alignment and performance measurement and optimization.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in product management design and development.
  • Fundamental knowledge of technical product/program development, implementation, and strategic analysis.
  • Basic understanding of competitive market operations and various products and services within the assigned area.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining Knowledge Articles, Incident Management, and Vulnerability Management.
  • Proficient in communication of application lifecycle.
  • Proficient in financial and competitive analysis and technical skills.
