Key Responsibilities
- Drive and develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships, and provide technology solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver the product with quick time-to-market.
- Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging team members to share creative ideas and solutions.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine product offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration among teams.
- Implement best practices in product management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience.
- Experience as a Tech Product Manager and with Java.
- HS Diploma / GED.
Nice to Have
- Intermediate proficiency in Product Development Strategy and Product Innovation Strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree (preferred).
