About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Envisioning, road mapping, story lining, and implementation of technical programs in an agile environment.
• Managing Data and Analytics projects with a focus on Databases and Data Warehouses.
• Owning all communication and collaboration channels related to assigned projects, including stakeholder review meetings and cross-team alignments.
• Establishing working relationships with technology and business partners and cross teams.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts effectively.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience working as a technical program manager in an agile environment.
• 5+ years of experience working on Data and Analytics projects as a program manager specializing in Databases and Data Warehouses.
• Experience with user research, rapid prototyping, value proposition definition, design thinking, and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to establish working relationships with technology and business partners.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
