About the Role

TeleWorld Solutions, a Samsung company, is a leading provider of wireless and network engineering services supporting some of the world's most innovative technology providers. The company is focused on IoT innovation through strategic investments, new company creation, acquisitions, and licensing emerging technologies. They have extensive experience in shaping IoT strategies across various verticals, including digital food safety solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises. The role involves supporting Machine Q's field services and support operations for a key enterprise customer, Starbucks, managing high-volume IoT device environments and coordinating issue resolution and field deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track all IT and field service projects to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Respond to and manage high-volume inbound support tickets related to IoT sensor systems (e.g., digital temperature monitoring, IoT gateways)
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate tickets to field techs when dispatch is required
  • Compile project status reports and manage ongoing project documentation
  • Coordinate schedules, host meetings, and monitor timelines for issue resolution
  • Analyze system requirements and define project scope and deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams including engineering, field services, and operations
  • Maintain and manage large sets of project data with a high level of accuracy and detail
  • Interface with Salesforce or ServiceNow (or similar ticketing platforms)
  • Communicate professionally with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of project coordination or technical support experience, preferably in a telecom, IoT, or IT environment
  • Experience working in or with high-volume ticketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)
  • Familiarity with field service dispatch operations is strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing repetitive workflows with precision
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle large datasets and operate in a fast-paced, Agile team structure
  • Self-starter mindset; proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting IoT products or digital food safety systems
  • Exposure to enterprise customer environments like Starbucks, QSRs, or retail operations
  • Background in data analysis, technical troubleshooting, or project reporting
