Technical Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the integrated program plan for the data center exit, including application migration, decommissioning, and operational cutover.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, cloud engineering, application, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Think analytically and creatively to solve day-to-day migration and operational challenges.
• Motivate teams spread across different geographies and vendor partners.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to facilitate solutions across business and technical domains.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, business unit leaders, and external vendors.
• Provide regular updates to steering committees, including progress, budget, risks, and decisions required.
• Maintain up-to-date program documentation, including runbooks, RACI matrices, decision logs, and RAID logs.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT Management or Project Management, including 5+ years of cloud migration or infrastructure transformation.
• Proven track record of end-to-end data center exits or large-scale workload migrations to cloud environments.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field / experience.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification strongly preferred.
• Cloud certifications (Red Hat OCP, Harness, GitHub Actions) a plus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT-Management/Project management
• 5+ years of cloud migration or infrastructure transformation experience
