About the Role

Radiance is looking for a talented Project Manager to support a test range modernization efforts for Reagan Test Site. We are looking for qualified and energetic candidates with over 10 years of experience managing performance, cost, and schedule for large projects. Candidates must have familiarity with range instrumentation, range operations or range systems engineering. Key Responsibilities

Support test range modernization efforts for Reagan Test Site.
Manage performance, cost, and schedule for large projects.
Apply knowledge of range instrumentation, range operations, or range systems engineering.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Management Science or a relevant technical field.
US citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance.
Working knowledge of applicable DoD acquisition directives to support the execution of defense acquisition policy, plans, processes, procedures, and guidance for assigned project development and fielding.
10 or more years of experience as a project or program manager in support of DoD programs.
Previous experience with test range operations or systems engineering.
Experience analyzing acquisition and program management products such as acquisition strategies and plans, program execution data and contract attributes (e.g., contract type, contract structure, award, and incentive fee plans).
Knowledge of Army acquisition streamlining initiatives including the use of Other Transaction Agreements (OTA).
