About the Role

The role of Technical Project Manager & Data Architect involves managing a large contact center platform migration, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data and reporting design, documentation, change coordination, and testing. The position requires strong communication skills and experience in enterprise data warehousing, project management, and data architecture, with a focus on ensuring data integrity and business continuity during the migration process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the business data and reporting needs of a large contact center platform migration project.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data and reporting design, documentation, and change coordination.
Socialize project status updates and business reporting impacts with stakeholders.
Document the end-to-end data flows and objects involved in the migration.
Develop and execute data testing procedures to ensure data integrity.
Ensure business continuity between old and new platforms within the existing reporting infrastructure.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical project management experience.
Change control and testing management skills.
Experience with enterprise data warehouses.
Knowledge of business operational and historical reporting.

Nice to Have

Contact center experience.
Genesys Engage and/or Cloud CX experience.
Genesys ICON and/or A3S experience.
Experience with DataHub, data stewardship, and knowledge management.
Knowledge of Snowflake / AWS and SQL.
Experience with Tableau.
Familiarity with in-house tools such as Maestro, Monsterboard, Prism / Core, DataDoor, UDM.
