Technical Project Manager-Contracts LifeCycle Management

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, standups, and steering committee updates.
• Track budget, forecast spend, and manage vendor contracts and SOWs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers.
• Conduct current-state assessments of contract workflows and tools.
• Define future-state CLM architecture and roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for implementation and adoption.
• Partner with legal, sourcing, finance, and IT to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and change management activities.
• Ensure teams are delivering on configuration, testing, and deployment of the CLM platform (e.g., Ironclad, Icertis, DocuSign CLM).
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies.
• Establish governance models for contract templates, workflows, and related processes.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, particularly in implementing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Knowledge of contract workflows, tools, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong skills in defining project scope, timelines, and resource plans.
• Experience with vendor management, including contracts and SOWs.
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in contract management.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms such as Ironclad, Icertis, or DocuSign CLM is preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in legal, procurement, finance, or IT teams.
• Previous experience managing enterprise-wide CLM implementations.
