About the Role

This role manages engineering projects, supports manufacturing, and coordinates with internal teams and overseas suppliers. The position reports directly to the Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including directors of hardware engineering and supply chain, during project initiation, progress tracking, scope adjustments, and strategic updates
Manage vendor relationships, including overseas suppliers
Prioritize projects based on timelines, resources, and business needs
Review and approve project timelines, costs, and deliverables
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Apply mechanical engineering to resolve technical issues

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in an engineering role within mechanical design or manufacturing
Experience managing projects and coordinating across teams
Experience working with overseas vendors
Familiarity with UL, TUV, and IEC standards
Strong communication and organizational skills

Benefits & Perks

The pay range for this position is $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Work hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm, Fri 8am - 2pm, no more than 40 hours per week
Fully onsite position in Windsor, CA
