About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Managing projects directly related to emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives at Baptist Health South Florida.
• Transforming the core business of the Strategic Digital Transformation Roadmap to impact the consumer and patient access framework.
• Modernizing, aligning, and elevating specialized resources, priorities, processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Managing TD projects and playing a transformational role in the TD PRIME Strategy, often involving multiple technology and organizational domains.
• Ensuring the timely completion and quality of work produced by project teams, including change management and post-live support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (BS & 6 years or 8 years of experience).
• Experience focused on technology project management.
• Six years of experience managing concurrent projects of varying complexity and scale.
• Demonstrated experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and individual contributors, including senior leaders, stakeholders, developers, engineers, and analysts.
• Self-motivated and multi-task oriented with an aptitude for rapidly learning new concepts, practices, methods, and skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Projects is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree (MS) preferred.
