Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive technology transformation strategies for JLL's largest clients, leading large-scale digital initiatives while fostering innovation and continuous improvement
Build and manage C-level executive relationships to establish trust in high-visibility client implementations and ensure effective communication across stakeholders
Direct cross-functional teams through complex change management processes with clear governance, coordinating resources and managing vendors to execute project plans effectively
Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables remain within scope, timeline, and budget while tracking progress and developing contingency plans for identified risks
Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through technology enablement and artificial intelligence, gathering and prioritizing end-user requirements to support advancement in AI product offerings
Facilitate effective collaboration between all parties through regular status meetings and reports, while providing leadership and clear performance expectations to project team members

Requirements

Experience in developing and executing technology transformation strategies and leading digital initiatives
Ability to build and manage relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders
Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex change management processes
Strong project management skills, including scope, timeline, and budget management
Knowledge of business process improvement through technology and artificial intelligence
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

Experience working in real estate or related industries
Familiarity with AI product development and implementation
Experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects

Qualifications

Relevant experience in technology transformation, digital initiatives, or related fields
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Strong stakeholder management skills
