Thermal SQA Senior Engineer with (SQL, Python, Tableau)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Testing Closed Loop Thermal Management devices and components in various temperature chambers
• Testing device performance at 25C and 35C chambers
• Testing Virtual Temperature equation accuracy and Decision Tree outcome accuracy
• Testing component level mitigations
• Developing understanding and vetting thermal data
• Building new analytical and reporting tools
• Executing manual and automated test cases
• Analyzing test results to identify issues across hardware phases
• Building dashboards and reports to convey findings from collected analytics data

Requirements

• Aptitude for data analysis with a strong statistics or quantitative background
• Experience with visualizing data in Tableau, Splunk, and/or Python
• Familiarity with database technologies, database bringup, and query optimization
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Time management and organizational skills
• Proficient data analysis skills and experience with a scripting language (Python)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with thermal control systems
• QA fundamentals and software programming experience in C, C++, ObjC, and/or Swift

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and scripting in Python
• Experience with visualizing data in Tableau, Splunk, or Python

• Salary Range: $63,400-$130,000 a year
