The Enterprise Marketing team seeks a Thought Leadership Content Strategist to support the design and coordination of audience-first content such as research, executive talking points, blogs, reports, and campaign kits, ensuring cohesive delivery across channels to engage key audiences and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of content strategy for Adobe's enterprise thought leadership program, including persona-based narratives aligned to customer journeys.
  • Use data and insights to refine content and draft creative briefs that synthesize industry trends, expert input, and research into audience-centric stories.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and SMEs to ensure strategic alignment, accuracy, tone, and visual impact.
  • Co-lead large-scale research projects with third-party vendors to develop global research outputs such as reports, data visualizations, articles, and executive presentations.
  • Prepare content for amplification following metadata, taxonomy, and version control standards to ensure discoverability and reuse.
  • Enable the marketing ecosystem to understand strategy, available content, and usage through communication meetings.
  • Maintain and update content in supply chain tools and contribute to leadership updates.
  • Track and report on content performance metrics and share optimization insights.
  • Influence documentation of content intake workflows specific to Thought Leadership cycles.
  • Maintain collaboration spaces (e.g., SharePoint, content trackers) to ensure organized, accessible resources and conduct regular audits.
  • Support campaign and channel managers with content alignment and activation across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Collaborate with web program managers, writers, and designers to optimize content for discoverability and engagement on business.adobe.com.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Content Strategy or related experience.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale, multi-channel content planning and execution.
  • Experience marketing customer experience/martech software.
  • Experience working with senior leadership is a plus but not required.
  • Experience working with Workfront.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have

  • B2B marketing experience desired.

Benefits & Perks

  • The U.S. pay range for this position is $89,200 -- $203,000 annually, varying by location and experience.
  • Potential for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
  • Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. markets.
