About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, analyze, and refine the national, channel specific, and account specific promotional strategy.
• Assist in leading the creative design of sales and marketing collateral.
• Manage the creative brief and design of sales and marketing collateral with internal and external designers.
• Translate organizational goals and customer needs into support assets, merchandising, and swag.
• Manage promotional strategy from order form creation to in-store/on-site execution.
• Work with brand teams, sales, education, customer service, customers, and external vendors to ensure proper promotional execution.
• Establish and maintain internal promotion planning schedule, serving as a central hub of communication for promotional status and tracking.
• Track and manage promotional components, developing plans to ensure timely delivery of promotional goods.
• Utilize SAP and external inventory management systems as a power user.
• Use historical data to develop strategies that maximize promotional effectiveness.
• Create and deliver promotional analyses and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to drive product growth.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in Consumer Goods, Professional Beauty, or Hair Industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Canva and AI platforms is a plus.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work within tight deadlines.
• Capacity for multi-tasking and ability to switch tasks and reprioritize.
• Self-starter, self-motivated, and entrepreneurially minded.
• Ability to commute to Culver City office at least two times per week.

• MBA degree.
• Experience with AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar.
• 5-7+ years of relevant marketing experience.
