UI React with AWS (Front end)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms synchronously with integrated systems.
• Produce architecture/design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring adherence to design constraints.
• Gather, analyze, and visualize data from diverse datasets to drive continuous improvement of software systems.
• Proactively identify hidden problems/patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to engineering communities of practice and emerging technology initiatives.
• Foster team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Requirements

• Formal training/certification in software engineering concepts + 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on expertise with React, Angular, Java, J2EE, REST APIs, Web Services, and event-driven Microservices.
• Experience provisioning resources via Terraform.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
• Interest in shift-left testing practices.
• Experience with/willingness to learn CI/CD practices.
• Proven skills in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficient coding skills in one or more modern languages.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies (CI/CD, Application Resiliency, Security).
• Knowledge of technical processes in cloud, AI/ML, or related disciplines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Spinnaker.
• Lambda (Python) exposure.
• Familiarity with data modeling, database design, Splunk/CloudWatch monitoring.
• Knowledge of modern front-end technologies.
