Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Promo Mats project managing processes from creation to approval ensuring all appropriate annotating, referencing, and anchoring tactics are done accurately and aligned to Baxter standards
  • Create and manage schedules for all assets to align with go live dates, maintain a list of campaign assets and job status
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Capture action items and ensure follow ups from regulatory/medical/legal/marketing
  • Ensure MLR processes and keep teammates, agencies, and partners involved to meet deadlines and correct any errors
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team specific to promotional assessment during label, IRI or PI changes updates
  • Manage and update websites
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing marketing for trade shows, conferences, and events
  • Assist in crafting and driving marketing email campaign execution
  • Manage/implement email list segmentation, automation, drip, and nurture campaigns to improve audience engagement
  • Track key metrics and help recommend and implement data-backed improvements
  • Assist in building, updating, and managing of internal marketing SharePoint
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating project deliverables
  • Maintain and manage an inventory and directory of marketing materials with 3rd party vendors and internal resources
  • Ensure processes are standardized, documented, and adhered to ensuring repeatable, high-quality outcomes for the department
  • Project manage as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Perform ad hoc support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; marketing or communications degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Veeva Vault Promo Mats and end-to-end processes required
  • 2+ years of experience with medical/regulatory/legal review
  • Prior marketing experience with an emphasis on project management
  • Familiarity with various marketing platforms and channels, including email, events, social media, digital marketing, print campaigns and promotions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with pharmaceutical Veeva Promo Mats
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

Qualifications

  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree (required), marketing or communications degree preferred
