About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the execution of store remodel projects in assigned stores.
• Supervise hourly team members, providing development opportunities, training, and mentorship.
• Handle escalations and collaborate with store associates and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Communicate project plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Motivate and lead teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Spend time listening to team ideas, suggestions, questions, or concerns and act accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis, OR 3 years of experience in these areas.
• Ability to work primarily overnights with shifts averaging 10 to 12 hours.
• Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, with 80% of time away from home, or 17-21 days at a time.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional Certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year of experience in relevant areas, or 3 years of experience in these areas.
• Must attend and successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.
• All associates hired after January 1, 2021, must sign an updated job description.
