About the Role

The Vice President of B2B Marketing & Demand Generation at Tillster is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing high-impact marketing and pipeline strategies in the digital ordering and guest engagement space within the restaurant industry. The role involves leading demand generation, content creation, system optimization, and aligning sales and marketing efforts to drive growth and brand awareness for a global leader in digital engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy, from awareness to pipeline acceleration.
  • Develop customer-centric programs that highlight Tillster's value proposition and drive ROI through lead generation, nurturing, scoring, and conversion strategies.
  • Launch high-impact digital campaigns, events, and field marketing initiatives to generate buzz and results.
  • Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to craft messaging that stands out in the marketplace.
  • Create and share content such as white papers, case studies, and videos to educate and inspire, establishing Tillster as a thought leader.
  • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms, to make data-informed decisions.
  • Lead sales development strategies and ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales teams.
  • Empower SDRs with training, materials, and messaging to convert leads into pipeline.
  • Oversee PR, media strategy, and manage agency relationships.
  • Lead Tillster's presence at tradeshows, client summits, and industry events to increase awareness and demand.

Requirements

  • A senior B2B marketing leader with deep demand generation experience.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce.
  • Confident in managing campaigns targeting QSR, hospitality, or enterprise technology audiences.
  • Collaborative, data-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to make things happen and drive results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with QSR, hospitality, or enterprise tech audiences.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, events, and field marketing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in senior B2B marketing roles with demand generation expertise.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce.
