About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, objectives, constraints and assumptions for large, strategic, multi-year programs.
• Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
• Prepare and manage the project plan, issues, and risks.
• Be accountable for the overall delivery of their assigned functional work stream on a large-scale program.
• Provide guidance in the development of technical design, test plans, and user documentation.
• Coordinate implementation and conversion strategy planning and implementation.
• Coordinate scope and change throughout the initiative utilizing formal change control and requirements traceability.
• Participate in industry forums and stay current on domain knowledge.
• Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve sales of existing products.
• Apply experience across various software and systems development processes to define and collect metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in developing project scope, objectives, constraints, and assumptions for large programs.
• Ability to provide technical support for reports, dashboards, or tools.
• Experience in preparing and managing project plans, issues, and risks.
• Knowledge of technical design, test plans, and user documentation development.
• Experience with implementation/conversion strategy planning and execution.

• Ability to analyze technology trends and identify market opportunities.
• Experience applying software and systems development processes to improve quality and speed.
