About the Role

The Vice President - Early Tenure Card Marketing within JPMorgan Chase's Customer Lifecycle Team will oversee credit card account early tenure customer marketing programs, focusing on the first 90 days of customer tenure. This strategic role involves designing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. The position sits within the Customer Marketing & Experience organization of Card Services, a key business unit within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group, and requires collaboration with product and service teams to guide new customers through key lifecycle moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer marketing onboarding strategies across products, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Create and manage segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing programs that resonate with different customer segments and drive next best actions.
  • Manage reporting for campaigns and overall engagement metrics at both the portfolio and individual product levels.
  • Work with internal and external partners on customer engagement strategies, synthesizing results and driving new tactics.
  • Improve existing marketing campaigns and develop new strategies for specific segments.
  • Leverage insights from campaign analytics to summarize marketing performance and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead through strong collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 or more years of direct marketing experience
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external partners
  • Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Logical, analytical thinker with the ability to leverage data and success metrics
  • Strong influence and buy-in skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently
  • Results-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Adherence to risk/control procedures and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
