About the Role

The Vice President, Global Product Pillar Leader, Marketing Solutions Measurement at TransUnion is responsible for driving product innovation and executing a global Measurement strategy within the Marketing Solutions business. This role involves developing and implementing the strategy for core Measurement products, collaborating with various teams across regions and verticals, and ensuring alignment with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. The position offers an opportunity to lead a global team and influence the growth of TransUnion's marketing measurement offerings in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, and execute the three-year product roadmap plan for the Measurement pillar.
  • Gather market intelligence on macro-economic and industry trends, consumer behaviors, regulatory changes, disruptive innovations, and competitive offerings to validate and refine the product roadmap.
  • Develop product concepts leveraging customer feedback and market insights, including global product definitions and regional localization.
  • Identify partnership needs and vendors to support additional partnerships, integrations, or data requirements.
  • Ensure successful rollout of new products to Market & Sales teams and support the development and delivery of comprehensive product training.
  • Prioritize data investments and product development roadmap based on input from vertical leaders and sales teams.
  • Drive localization efforts based on the global product plan and manage local product alignment.
  • Track the product lifecycle, including managing retirement and migration with regional teams.
  • Monitor and analyze product financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Partner with Data Asset Management, Global Technology, Business Operations, and regional/vertical teams to define and execute overarching strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategies for Measurement products, including defining vision, gathering customer and market voice, and setting data and product roadmaps.
  • Manage and develop product strategists and leaders, and develop business cases for investment and prioritization.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing, advertising technology, or related roles with a proven track record of delivering value.
  • Progressively responsible experience in product management and innovation.
  • Strong background in risk management.
  • Executive management and leadership experience in building and growing global teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Knowledge of working with Media Platforms, Publishers, and Advertisers.
  • Understanding of the global marketing landscape, including Privacy, Compliance, and Data regulations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments with emotional intelligence.
  • Experience tracking, prioritizing, and managing product lifecycle, including migration and retirement.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or other Master's degree highly desired.
  • Experience working with whitespace opportunities and less defined markets.
  • Deep understanding of customer insights and translating them into product improvements.
  • Experience working with global teams and international markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other Master's degree highly desired.
