VP Business Customer Development

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop key customer annual operating plans in conjunction with the regional VPs.
• Achieve agreed budget targets for revenue (70%) and profit (30%) for the customer(s).
• Provide for key manager succession planning.
• Achieve agreed Balanced Scorecard key metrics.
• Execute projects and strategic initiatives in conjunction with the regional VPs as assigned by the Division COO.
• Achieve sector revenue growth to plan and ensure year-on-year growth.
• Drive growth of targeted accounts.
• Achieve sector profit targets as planned.
• Meet customer metrics and project execution metrics.
• Implement Balanced Scorecard initiatives developed in the strategic planning process, including revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (required).
• 7-10 years of industry experience (required).
• Proven track record of strategic leadership.
• Previous sales or business development experience.
• Master's Degree (preferred).
