Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the overarching demand generation strategy aligned with corporate growth goals, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders across Sales, Product, Client Success, and Finance to define strategic priorities, allocate spend, and go-to-market alignment.
  • Develop annual and quarterly revenue acceleration plans with measurable KPIs, integrating brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage, optimize, and forecast the departmental budget to maximize ROI, balancing strategic investments with operational efficiency.
  • Champion the integration of AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies into marketing workflows, leveraging predictive analytics, personalization engines, and advanced customer journey orchestration.
  • Oversee and evolve the organization's digital ecosystem — including website, marketing automation platforms, CRM, analytics, and personalization tools — ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and security.
  • Lead governance and continuous improvement efforts related to the marketing technology stack, ensuring security, scalability, and best-practice usage.
  • Drive UX and conversion optimization to improve visitor engagement, lead capture, and sales readiness.
  • Own the complete demand generation lifecycle from lead acquisition to nurturing, scoring, and conversion, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Optimize paid media, SEO/SEM, social advertising, email marketing, and account-based marketing efforts through data-driven targeting and automation.
  • Implement performance tracking and attribution models to measure impact, improve forecasting, and increase marketing ROI.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaign blueprints that combine storytelling, data, and creative execution to drive market penetration and pipeline acceleration.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities and inform campaign strategies.
  • Identify and activate high-value digital events, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Support physical events with digital pre-, during, and post-event activities to maximize attendance and ROI.
  • Build and evolve persona-based messaging frameworks in partnership with the product marketing team.
  • Oversee relationships with digital marketing vendors, including contracting, vendor management, and financial oversight.
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of significant and progressive expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance optimization.
  • 7+ years in a leadership role within marketing.
  • Experience with enterprise-level Martech ecosystem, including established and emerging tools.
  • Deep knowledge of social, digital, and technology platforms, content distribution channels, and creative development processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision making.
  • Proficiency in process and project management, with ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute on deadlines.
  • Experience working with sales organizations and supporting revenue generation.
  • Skilled in establishing and growing trust-based internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
