Samba TV is seeking a VP/Dir of Product Management to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our core customer platform, Bridge. The platform is critical to Samba's vision of unifying our core functions and providing a holistic view of the brand growth lifecycle. The role involves ensuring Bridge evolves into a scalable, multi-tenant interface that simplifies data access, streamlines workflows, and integrates disparate product capabilities into a single user-facing tool, with a focus on AI and agentic technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and aggressively execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Bridge platform, with a strong focus on integrating AI-powered optimization and agentic workflows.
  • Spearhead the unification of user experiences and workflows within Bridge across Audience, Measurement, Data Licensing, and Semasio, leveraging intelligent automation and proactive assistance as core principles.
  • Champion a revolutionary user experience (UX) in Bridge, moving decisively beyond traditional form-based interactions by deeply incorporating AI-powered optimization features and agentic capabilities. Directly supervise the UX Lead for Bridge to realize this vision.
  • Drive the development of intuitive self-service capabilities for clients and internal teams (like the Measurement Science and Programmatic Consulting teams), leveraging AI to enhance data access, automate report generation, and insight discovery.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to ensure appropriate staffing and technical feasibility for ambitious Bridge initiatives.
  • Ensure Bridge is architected to inherently support the strategic shift towards always-on audiences and insight-led activation.
  • Evaluate and recommend advanced technologies for data visualization within Bridge.
  • Proactively engage with key stakeholders across GTM functions (Sales, Account Management, Agency Development, Brands) to deeply understand their needs for insights, automated reporting, and audience activation, ensuring Bridge surpasses their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and playbooks for Bridge functionality, to empower internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Product Management leadership, ideally with a significant focus on architecting and implementing AI-powered customer-facing platforms, data products, or enterprise software featuring agentic workflows.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising technology (AdTech) or marketing technology (MarTech) landscape, with specific expertise in the application of AI/ML to data platforms, audience management, measurement, planning, and activation to create intelligent and automated user experiences.
  • Experience defining and managing complex product roadmaps and prioritizing development efforts across initiatives.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to deliver cutting-edge technical products.
  • Demonstrated success in translating sophisticated AI and automation capabilities into remarkably intuitive user experiences and workflows that demonstrably empower users.
  • Strong familiarity with advanced data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to champion a bold vision for agentic product experiences.

  • Experience with AI/ML integration in product platforms.
  • Background in advertising or marketing technology (AdTech/MarTech).

  • Experience in product management leadership roles, especially with AI-powered customer-facing platforms or enterprise software.
